Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% Saponin permeabilized MEF (mouse embryonic fibroblast) generated from wild-type or mutant LRRK2[R1441C] embryos without and with (+) MLi-2 treatment (100nM for 60 min) cells labeling RAB10 (phospho T73) with ab241060 at 0.5 μg/mL, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor^® 594) secondary antibody at 1/1000 dilution (red). Nuclear counterstain is DAPI.
