Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-RAB10 (phospho T73) antibody [MJF-R21-22-5] - BSA and Azide free (ab243293)Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% Saponin permeabilized MEF (mouse embryonic fibroblast) generated from wild-type or mutant LRRK2[R1441C] embryos without and with (+) MLi-2 treatment (100nM for 60 min) cells labeling RAB10 with ab241060 at 0.5 µg/mL, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 594) secondary antibody at 1/1000 dilution (red). Nuclear counterstain is DAPI.
