Immunoprecipitation - Anti-LAG-3 antibody [BLR028F] - BSA free (ab243885)

LAG-3 was immunoprecipitated from 0.5 mg HDLM-2 whole cell lysate with ab243885 at 6 µl per reaction. Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab243885 at 1/1000 dilution.

Lane 1: ab243885 IP in HDLM-2 whole cell lysate.

Lane 2: Control IgG IP in HDLM-2 whole cell lysate.

Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
Western blot - Anti-LAG-3 antibody [BLR028F] - BSA free (ab243885)

Western blot analysis using ab243885 at 1/1000 dilution.
Lane 1: HDLM-2 whole cell lysate (5 µg).
