    Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue labeling IgG4 with ab186921 at 1/50,000 dilution, followed by ready to use Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP Polymer). Positive staining on human tonsil is observed. Counter stained with hematoxylin.

    Heat mediated antigen retrieval using ab93684 (Tris/EDTA buffer, pH 9.0).

    Secondary antibody only control: Used PBS instead of primary antibody, secondary antibody is ready to use Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP Polymer).

    ab109493 at 1/1000 dilution staining IgG4 in Paraffin embedded Human tonsil tissue.

    Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed via the pressure cooker method before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
