Flow Cytometry - APC Anti-CCR7 antibody [4B12] (ab93518)Staining of C57Bl/6 splenocytes with FITC anti-mouse CD4 (GK1.5) and either 0.5 µg of ab93518 (right) or 0.5 µg of APC Rat IgG2a Iso Control (left). Cells were stained at 37°C for 0.5 hours and Fc receptor binding was blocked by staining cells with 5 µg/million cells anti-mouse CD16/32. Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
