All lanes : HRP Anti-CCR7 antibody [Y59] (ab196475) at 1/5000 dilution (Recombinant Anti-CCR7 antibody [Y59] (HRP))
Lane 1 : C6 (rat glial tumor cell line) cell lysate
Lane 2 : RAW 264.7 (mouse macrophage cell line transformed with Abelson murine leukemia virus) cell lysate
Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane.
Performed under reducing conditions.
Predicted band size: 43 kDa
Exposure time: 10 secondsab196475 was shown to react with CCR7 in western blot. Membranes were blocked in 2% BSA in TBS-T (0.1% Tween®) before incubation with ab196475 overnight at 4°C at a 1 in 5000 dilution. Blots were incubated with secondary antibody at 1/5000 for 1 hour at room temperature before development with Optiblot ECL reagent (ab133456) and imaging.
