Flow Cytometry - Anti-CCR7 antibody [4B12] - Low endotoxin, Azide free (ab185745)
Flow cytometry analysis of rat RBL cells co-expressing mouse CCR7 and a GFP protein from an IRES-containing retrovirus. These cells were stained with either rat IgG2a kappa Isotype Control PE (left) or 1 µg of ab185745 (right) followed by F(ab')2 anti-rat IgG PE. GFP expression is shown in FL1 on the X-axis. Total viable cells were used for analysis.
