Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-Galectin 1 antibody [EPR3205] (ab108389)Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence analysis of K562 (human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line from bone marrow) cells labelling Galectin 1 with purified ab108389 at 1/100. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) (ab150077) at 1/1000 was used as the secondary antibody (green).
