General notes
This antibody clone is manufactured by Abcam. If you require a custom buffer formulation or conjugation for your experiments, please contact orders@abcam.com.
ab269573 is the carrier-free version of ab77868. This format is designed for use in antibody labeling, including fluorochromes, metal isotopes, oligonucleotides, enzymes.
Our carrier-free formats are supplied in a buffer free of BSA, sodium azide and glycerol for higher conjugation efficiency.
Use our conjugation kits for antibody conjugates that are ready-to-use in as little as 20 minutes with

Overlay histograms showing left Raji and right SHSY5Y cells stained with ab77868 (red line). The cells were incubated in 1x PBS / 10% normal goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (ab77868) (1x106 in 100µl at 1 µg/ml) for 30 min on ice.
The secondary antibody Goat anti-mouse IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor ® 488, pre-adsorbed) (ab150177) was used at 1/2000 dilution for 30 min at 4°C. Isotype control antibody (black line) was mouse IgG1κ (ab170190) used at the same concentration and conditions as the primary antibody. Unlabeled sample (blue line) was also used as a control.
Acquisition of >5,000 events were collected using a 50 mW Blue laser (488nm) and 530/30 bandpass filter. Events were gated on viable single cells.
This image was produced using the same antibody clone but in a different formulation ab77868, PBS and sodium azide.
