Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-CD43 antibody [SPN/2049R] (ab257316)

Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue labeling CD43 using ab257316 at 2 μg/ml in immunohistochemical analysis.

Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-CD43 antibody [SPN/2049R] (ab257316)
