Immunoprecipitation - Anti-alpha 1 Fetoprotein antibody [EPR22560-268] (ab255813)alpha 1 Fetoprotein was immunoprecipitated from 0.35 mg rat placenta lysate with ab255813 at 1/30 dilution (2μg in 0.35mg lysates). Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab255813 at 1/1000 dilution (0.56 μg/ml). VeriBlot for IP Detection Reagent (HRP) (ab131366) was used at a 1/5000 dilution.
Lane 1: Rat placenta lysate 10μg
Lane 2: ab255813 IP in rat placenta lysate
