This data was developed using ab192264, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed Jurkat cells labeling Interferon alpha 6 with ab192264 at 1/50 dilution. The cells were permeabilised with 0.1% Triton X-100. Goat anti-rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488) (ab150077) at 1/200 dilution was used as the secondary antibody (green). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue). The negative controls are as follows;
1. Anti-Interferon alpha 6 at 1/50 dilution followed by Goat anti mouse IgG (Alexa Fluor®594) at 1/500 dilution.
2. Anti-Interferon alpha 6 at 1/50 dilution followed by Goat anti mouse IgG (Alexa Fluor®594) at 1/500 dilution. -
This data was developed using ab192264, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.Flow cytometry analysis of Jurkat cells labelling Interferon alpha 6 (red) with purified ab192264 at dilution of 1/600. The secondary antibody used was Alexa Fluor® 488 goat-anti-rabbit IgG (1/2000). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Isotype control antibody used was Rabbit Monoclonal IgG (black). The blue line shows cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody.
