Immunofluorescent analysis of dissociated culture of adult rat brain labelling 160 kD Neurofilament Medium with ab134458 at 1/2000 dilution (green staining). Neurites are stained in a punctate fashion, corresponding to neuritic varicosities. As a control, rabbit GFAP antibodies were used to costain astrocytes, producing a red fluorescence. Blue nuclei demonstrate DAPI DNA staining.
