ab205479 staining Phosphotyrosine in C2C12 cells. The cells were incubated with 2mM H202 for 10 minutes (Treated) or solvent-only for control purposes (Non-treated). Cells were fixed with 4% formaldehyde (10min) and then blocked in 1% BSA/10% normal goat serum/0.3M glycine in 0.1% PBS-Tween for 1h. The cells were then incubated with ab205479 at 1/100 dilution (shown in green) and ab195889 Mouse monoclonal [DM1A] to alpha Tubulin - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor® 594) at 2µg/ml (shown in red) overnight at +4°C. Nuclear DNA was labelled in blue with DAPI.
