KT5720 inhibits PKAS phosphorylation via PKA.
NIH/C6 cells were preincubated for 45 min with different concentrations of KT5720 (ab141818) and then stimulated with 10 µM Forskolin (ab120058) for 20 min. Cell proteins were resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with antiphospho-(Ser/Thr) PKAS (PKA substrate).
