This antibody was made from pooled antisera from goats immunised with mouse paraproteins bearing kappa light chains. Antiserum was purified by affinity chromatography on pooled mouse Igs with kappa light chains. The antiserum was cross adsorbed on pooled mouse Igs with lambda light chains. -
