Western blot - HRP Anti-beta Tubulin antibody [AA2] (ab235761)
This blot was produced using a 4-12% Bis-Tris gel under the MOPS buffer system. The gel was run at 200V for 50 mins before being transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane at 30V for 70 mins. The membrane was then blocked for an hour using 3% non-fat milk before being incubated with ab235761 overnight at 4°C. Antibody binding was visualized using ECL development solution ab133406.
Samples: 1. HeLa (20µg) 2. NIH 3T3 (20µg) 3. PC12 (20µg) 4. HepG2 (20µg).
