Biological description
Potent, selective protein kinase C (PKC) inhibitor (IC50 = 158 nM for rat brain PKC). Facilitates Fas-mediated apoptosis through a protein kinase C-independent mechanism and inhibits T cell-mediated autoimmune diseases.
