Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
Exposure time: 3 minutes.

Immunoprecipitation - Anti-Twist (phospho S68) antibody [EP18178] (ab254311)Twist (phospho S68) was immunoprecipitated from 0.35 mg of HEK-293T (Human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney) transfected with GFP-tagged Twist (WT) whole cell lysate with ab187008 at 1/60 dilution.
Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab187008 at 1/5000 dilution.
VeriBlot for IP secondary antibody (HRP) (ab131366), was used as secondary antibody at 1/10000 dilution.
Lane 1: HEK-293T transfected with GFP-tagged Twist (WT) whole cell lysate 10ug (Input).
Lane 2: ab187008 IP in HEK-293T transfected with GFP-tagged Twist (WT) whole cell lysate.
Lane 3: Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) instead of ab187008 in HEK-293T transfected with GFP-tagged Twist (WT) whole cell lysate.
Blocking and dilution buffer and concentration: 5% NFDM/TBST.
