Immunohistochemical analysis of Formalin fixed, paraffin-embedded human Melanoma sections labelling TRP1 with ab212922 at 3–6 ug/mL. Antigen retrieval was boiling tissue sections in 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
