Immunohistochemical analysis of Formalin fixed/paraffin embedded human tonsil sections labeling Sts-1 with ab34781 at 4 µg/mL. A: Negative control, B: staining of human tonsil at 20X and C: staining of human tonsil at 40X. Sections were subjected to heat induced epitope retrieval (HIER) at pH 6.2. The reaction was developed using MACH 1 universal HRP polymer detection system and visualized with 3'3-diamino-benzidine substrate (DAB).
