Immunohistochemistry Image of Human Pancreas tissue: Formalin Fixed and Paraffin Embedded (FFPE) and stained with anti PDGF B antibody (ab111310) at 3.75 µg/ml. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity.
