Flow cytometric analysis of HeLa cells labeling LDL Receptor with ab204941 at 1/200 dilution (green), compared to a negative control (red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and incubated at 4°C for 30 minutes and permeabilized with 0.5 mL filter buffer (0.1%Triton-X100 and Blocking buffer) and incubated at 4°C for 15 minutes.
Alexa Fluor 488, goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) at 1/200 was used as the secondary antibody. -
