ELISA - Anti-IL-4 antibody [OX81] - BSA and Azide free (ab269974)
Direct ELISA antibody response curve using ab238471 at 0-5000 ng/ml and rat IL-4 at 1000 ng/ml. Alkaline Phosphatase-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1000 dilution.
This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab238471).
