Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-ENPP1/PC1 antibody [EPR22262-72] (ab245838)

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human liver tissue labeling ENPP1/PC1 with ab245838 at 1/500 dilution, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) ready to use. Membranous staining on human liver (PMID: 25539584; PMID: 9344668; PMID: 23861746) is observed. Counter stained with hematoxylin.
Secondary antibody only control: Used PBS instead of primary antibody, secondary antibody is Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) ready to use.

Heat mediated antigen retrieval using ab93684 (Tris/EDTA buffer, pH 9.0).

ab245838 showing no staining in human cerebrum sections by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue samples were fixed by perfusion with paraffin. Antigen retrieval was by Tris/EDTA buffer, pH 9.0 (ab93684). The sample was incubated with primary antibody (1/500). A HRP-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit was used as the secondary antibody. Hematoxylin was used as a counter stain.
