This IHC data was generated using the same anti-Cytokeratin 19 antibody clone, EPNCIR127B, in a different buffer formulation (cat# ab133496).
Immunohistochemical analysis of mouse orofacial tissue, staining Cytokeratin 19 with unpurified ab133496.
Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9). Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in diluent) for 24 hours at 4°C. An HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal IgG (1/2) was used as the secondary antibody. -
This IHC data was generated using the same anti-Cytokeratin 19 antibody clone, EPNCIR127B, in a different buffer formulation (cat# ab133496).
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of mouse colon tissue sections labeling Cytokeratin 19 with purified ab133496 at 1:500 dilution (1.33 ?g/ml). Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed using ab93684 (Tris/EDTA buffer, pH 9.0). Tissue was counterstained with Hematoxylin. ImmunoHistoProbe one step HRP Polymer (ready to use). PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the negative control.
