Flow cytometric analysis of 4-day LPS activated BALB/c splenocytes labeling CD70 with 0.25 µg ab171218 (filled histogram) with Rat IgG2b kappa Isotype Control (open histogram) followed by Anti-Rat IgG Biotin and Streptavidin PE. Total viable cells were used for analysis.
