Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilzed with 0.5% Triton X-100 in PBS and blocked with 1% BSA for 90 minutes at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50; 1% BSA in PBS) for 2 hours 30 minutes at 20°C.
