Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-Bcl6 antibody [7D1] - BSA and Azide free (ab252245)
This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab243150).
Paraffin-embedded mouse spleen tissue stained for Bcl6 using ab243150 at 0.264 µg/ml in immunohistochemical analysis. The secondary antibody was a ready to use Goat Anti-Rat IgG H&L (HRP polymer) (ab214882). Counterstained with hematoxylin. Nuclear staining on mouse spleen is observed.
Heat mediated antigen retrieval using ab93684 (Tris/EDTA buffer, pH 9.0).
