Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human lipomyoma tissue labeling Abhd5/CGI-58 with ab183739 at 1/2000 dilution. The slide is counterstained with Hematoxylin.

Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
