Biological description
Novel, non-nucleoside DNA methyltransferase (DNMT) inhibitor, capable of interacting with the DNMT1 active site (IC50 = 115 nM). Inhibits DNA methylation in human cancer cell lines. Reactivates several epigenetically silenced tumour suppressor genes in vitro. Capable of enhancing the efficiency of induced pluripotent stem cell (iPS) generation.

Handling
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day.
