Biological activity
Reaction was performed in 50 µl reaction mix containing 50 mM Tris pH 8.0, 150 mM NaCl, 0.5 mM 4-Methylumbelliferyl butyrate, and various amounts of ab198470. Reaction was incubated at 37°C for 15 minutes and fluorescent signal was measured at ex 360 nm, em 445 nm.
