Biological description
Potent, ATP-competitive cdk and CK1 inhibitor (IC50 values are 220, 80 and 14 nM for cdk1/cyclin B, cdk5/p25 and CK1, respectively and 4.1 μM for GSK α/β). Inhibits amyloid-β production.
Also available in simple stock solutions (ab146736) - add 1 ml of water to get an exact, ready-to-use concentration. -

Handling
