Natural Killer NK Cell Marker (CD3, NCAM1, CD94, NKG2D, SLAMF6, NK-p44) Antibody Panel - Human ab254014 contains multiple trial-sized versions of anti-human antibody clones against CD3, NCAM1, CD94, NKG2D, SLAMF6, NK-p44, specifically selected for high performance in various applications. This panel contains 6 recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies against human CD3, NCAM1, CD94, NKG2D, SLAMF6, NK-p44. They are provided as a sampler panel to allow you to easily evaluate each in your required applications.

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence analysis of Jurkat (human T cell leukemia T lymphocyte) cells labeling CD3 with purified ab135372 at 1/10 (10 µg/ml). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human NK/T-cell lymphoma tissue labeling CD94 with ab235441 at 1/4000 dilution, followed by a ready to use Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP). Membranous and cytoplasmic staining in human NK/T-cell lymphoma (PMID: 11253136, PMID: 10828054, PMID: 12816864) is observed. Counter stained with Hematoxylin.

ab75813 staining NCAM in human adipose cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 and blocked with 10% serum for 30 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200) for 16 hours at 4°C. A Cy3®-conjugated donkey anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/800) was used as the secondary antibody.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human astrocytoma tissue labeling NCAM1 with ab75813 at 1/1000 dilution followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP). Positive staining on tumor cells of human astrocytoma is observed. Counter stained with hematoxylin.
