PI3-kinase inhibitor. Kv channel blocker (IC50 = 64.6 μM). Negative control for and derivative of LY 294002 (ab120243). Inhibits IL-1β-stimulated NF-κB activation. Induces nuclear translocation of Hsp27. Inhibits BRD2, BRD3, and BRD4. Induces ROS production. Shows antiproliferative effects. -
