Biological description
Potent GSK3β inhibitor (IC50 = 22 nM). CDK inhibitor (IC50 values are 0.1 (Cdk5/p35), 0.18 (Cdk1/cyclin B), 0.25 (Cdk2/cyclin E), 0.5 (Cdk2/cyclin A) and 3.3 μM (Cdk4/cyclin D1)). Shows reversible antiproliferative effects via G2/M cell cycle arrest. Prevents tau phosphorylation. Shows neuroprotective effects in vivo. -

Handling
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day.
