Flow Cytometry - FITC Anti-CD44 antibody [KM201] (ab25064)
ab25064 (at a concentration of 1 µg/106 cells) staining cells from BALB/c bone were stained by flow cytometry. Large cells were then gated and analyzed on a FACScan™ flow cytometer (BDIS, San Jose, CA).
