Potent allosteric voltage-gated Na+ channel activator. Binds to site 5 of NaV channels. Inhibits Na+ channel inactivation, shifts the activation curve and increases the open-channel probability. Induces pulmonary inflammation in vivo. Orally active. -

Handling
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day.
