Biological description
Potent cell-permeable PKC inhibitor (IC50 values are 0.1 - 0.55 μM). Inhibits PKA (IC50 values are 2 - 11.8 µM). Noncompetitive nAChR antagonist. Shows less potent antinicotinic effects than Bisindolylmaleimide II (ab144206). Induces apoptosis and shows antiproliferative effects. -

Handling
