Immunofluorescent analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed Raw264.7 cells labeling Chitinase 3 like protein 3 + Chitinase 3 like protein 4 with ab192029 at 1/200, Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 555) at 1/200 (ab150077) and DAPI staining (blue). The two negative controls: 1. Primary ab concentration (anti-Chitinase 3 like protein 3 + Chitinase 3 like protein 4(Mouse) ) is 1/200 dilution, Secondary ab (Goat anti mouse IgG (Alexa Fluor®594)) is 1/500 dilution; 2. Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse liver tissue labeling Chitinase 3 like protein 3 + Chitinase 3 like protein 4 with ab192029 at 1/500 with prediluted HRP polymer for Rabbit IgG as secondary antibody.
Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Flow Cytometrical analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed C2C12 cells labeling Chitinase 3 like protein 3 + Chitinase 3 with ab192029 at 1/200 compared to a negative control cell. FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
