4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, Triton X-100 permeabilized HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells labeling SPHK2 using ab264042 at 1/100 dilution for 90 minutes at 37°C (green). Secondary antibody is an FITC-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit IgG incubated for 90 minutes at 37°C.
The nuclear counterstain is DAPI (blue).

Antigen retrieval: Sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 15 minutes.
Blocking: Normal goat serum for 30 minutes at 37°C.
