Immunoprecipitation - Anti-SOX10 antibody (ab264405)SOX10 was immunoprecipitated from 1mg of MALME-3M whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) with ab264405 at 100 µl per reaction. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab264405 at 1/400 dilution.
