Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% TritonX-100 permeabilized A549 (human lung carcinoma epithelial cell) cells labelling S100 alpha 6/PRA with ab181975 at 1/2000 dilution, followed by ab150077 AlexaFluor®488 Goat anti-Rabbit secondary antibody at 1/1000 dilution (Green). Confocal image showing cytoplasmic staining in A549 cells. The Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue). Secondary antibody only control: Used PBS instead of primary antibody, secondary antibody is ab150077 AlexaFluor®488 Goat anti-Rabbit secondary at 1/1000 dilution.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human colonic carcinoma tissue labeling S100 alpha 6/PRA with ab181975 at 1/100 dilution, followed by prediluted ImmunoHistoprobe (Ready to use) HRP Polymer for Rabbit IgG. Counter stained with Hematoxylin.
Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with EDTA buffer pH 9 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
