    Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human colonic carcinoma tissue labeling S100 alpha 6/PRA with ab181974 at 1/50 dilution, followed by prediluted ImmunoHistoprobe (Ready to use) HRP Polymer for Rabbit IgG. Counter stained with Hematoxylin.

    Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with EDTA buffer pH 9 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
