Immunoprecipitation - Anti-Nucleophosmin antibody (ab245326)
Nucleophosmin was immunoprecipitated from HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) with ab245326 at 10 µg/mg lysate. Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using a different Nucleophosmin antibody at 0.1 µg/ml.
