Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-PSD93 antibody [N18/30] (ab94588)
SK-N-BE (Human Neuroblastoma cells) cells stained for PSD93 (Green) using ab94588 (1/100 dilution, 1 hour at RT) in ICC/IF.
Cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde for 15 minutes at RT. Secondary Antibody: Goat Anti-Mouse 488 at 1:200 for 60 minutes at RT. Counterstain: Phalloidin Texas Red F-Actin stain; DAPI (blue) nuclear stain at 1:1000, 1:5000 for 60 minutes at RT, 5 minutes at RT.
