FOXP3 was immunoprecipitated from 1.0 mg MJ whole cell lysate with ab243898 at 6 µl per reaction. Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab243898 at 1/1000 dilution.

Lane 2: Contol IgG in MJ whole cell lysate.

Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.
