    Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence analysis of HepG2 (Human hepatocellular carcinoma epithelial cell) cells labeling Fibrinogen alpha chain with purified ab92572 at 1/50 dilution (3.16 µg/mL). Cells were fixed in 4% Paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% TritonX-100. Cells were counterstained with Ab195889 Anti-alpha Tubulin antibody [DM1A] - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor® 594) 1/200 (2.5 µg/mL). Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488, ab150077) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1000 (2 µg/mL) dilution. DAPI (blue) was used as nuclear counterstain. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control.

Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0, epitope retrieval solution 2) for 20mins. A rabbit specific IHC polymer detection kit HRP/DAB (ab209101) was used as a secondary antibody (ready to use). Negative control used only the secondary antibody. Counterstained with haematoxylin.

    The section was incubated with ab92572 for 30 mins at RT. The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument.

    For western blotting, ab92572 was used as the primary antibody at a 1/1000 dilution and VeriBlot for IP Detection Reagent (HRP) (ab131366), was used for detection at 1/5000 dilution.

    Blocking and dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
