Flow cytometry analysis of HeLa cells treated with 1mM Pervanadate for 30mins cells labeling FAK (phospho Y576)with ab76120 at 1/400 dilution (0.1µg) (red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde . Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488, ab150077) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/2000 dilution. Isotype control - Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730 / Black). Unlabeled control - Cell without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody (Blue).

Dot blot analysis of FAK (phospho Y576) phospho peptide (Lane 1) and FAK non-phospho peptide (Lane 2) labelling FAK (phospho Y576) phospho peptide with ab76120 at a dilution of 1/1000 dilution (0.441ug/ml). A Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated (ab97051) was used as the secondary antibody at a dilution of 1/20,000 dilution.
Blocking buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM /TBST .
