ABHD14B was immunoprecipitated from 0.5mg Jurkat (human T cell leukemia cell line from peripheral blood) and HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate (Lane A and B, respectively) with 0.5 µL ab276068 and 15 μl of 50 % Protein G agarose. Western blot was perfoermed from immunoprecipitate using ab276068 at 1/500 dilution. Rabbit IgG (H+L) Dylight 800-labeled antibody, was used as secondary antibody at 1/5000 dilution.
Developed using the odssey technique.
Performed under reducing conditions.
